You have HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service!!! I have sent you 4 emails, 5 counting the one I just sent, and even a fax and I have yet to receive even an acknowledgement that you received any of them. I still to this day have NOT received my June kit and no response on how the issue will be resolved. I would like to CANCEL my membership, but I still expect to receive my July kit that I have already paid for and either reimburse me for my June kit that I have not gotten or mail it to me. Please respond!!!
