Here's a card created by Trina Linford using the October 2010 Kit. One of my new favorite techniques is using glimmer mist, which Trina used on this card. It's tricky to use the first couple of times, but once you get the hang of it it's a cinch. Make sure you do a couple of test sprays on a scrap piece of paper to figure out how far away to hold the bottle while you spray. After I spray I like to dab the paper with a dry paper towel to help it dry a little faster.
"Happy Haunts" Card by Trina Linford

• Cut (2) 1” x 1 ¾” from Stripe Pattern Cardstock.
• Use pattern and trace “Happy” and “Haunts” along the bottom edges of the pieces.
• Fold the pieces in half and adhere along the top edge of the card.
• Trace a cobweb to right corner of card with silver pen.
• Trace and cut out tombstones. Use black pen to write RIP and cobweb.
• Sand tombstones and edges. Adhere to card (pop dot small one).
• Cut strip of burlap and adhere along bottom edges.
• Trace bat onto felt and draw eyes using yellow gel pen.
• Adhere bat to card.
