I hope that everyone had a very Happy Thanksgiving!! I know that my family and I really enjoyed the time that we were able to spend together. (but all of the Missouri cousins are really looking forward to Christmas when all of the cousins can get together and play!!)
Those cute girls at Paper Crafts Magazine contacted us about donating some Scrapbooking goodies to help them decorate a Christmas Tree for the Festival of Trees this year, which raises money each Christmas for Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT. For 38 years, the Festival of Trees has been a “Gift of Love” from Utah to children. The Festival is organized by a volunteer board of 84 women who enlist time and talents from thousands of individuals, organizations, businesses, and families throughout Utah. Over $22 million has been raised for needy children at Primary Children’s Medical Center through the Festival since 1971, with $1,604,021.64 raised last year. Don’t you just love that!! Here is a picture of the decorated tree and look close to see if you recognize any of our Sliding Doors and I even see some Pig Tails!!!
Another thing that I wanted to share with you is a new book that has just come out- Your Words Your Story by Michele Skinner...Michele is such a sweetheart but when I saw that front cover I was super excited, she used one of my very favorite collections, The Frog Prince. Her layout titled Greener Pastures, couldn't fit any better with Piggy Tales, since we have gone to greener pastures ourselves in 2008 by printing on recycled paper with organic soybased ink and also using a factory that that is powered by wind for our embellishments!! I am excited to get my hands on this book, after all this is a top reason that I Scrapbook, to make up for the lack of daily journaling that I don't do.....
Have a Great Weekend!

Very cool tree! I would love to get my hands on that book. When does it release?
Thanks for sharing.

These are some of the most vibrant and most beautiful collections I have ever seen. Trust me, I have a vast collection of products. I want to work with them all immediately!! I do have my personal fav order though but only a slight margin of preferance between them. Beauty and the Beast leads the pack and we go on from there! Are we able to get them all now?!?
You have outdone yourselves and I didn't know if that was possible!!!
