1) cut card from patterned paper (White Butterfly)
2) adhere patterned paper (Little Fishes)
3) apply rub-on sentiment to cardstock sticker tag and adhere to card
4) cut scalloped border (with edge punch or decorative edge scissors) on 2 strips of cardstock (White Butterfly) and adhere to card
5) round bottom corners
6) embellish with pearl strips or ribbon (optional)
card measures: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
