"Miss You" Card by Windy Robinson using It's Raining, It's Pouring Collection from Piggy Tales
1) make card from patterned paper (Bed)
2) cut patterned paper rectangle (Pouring) and adhere to card
3) adhere two rows of ric rac ribbon along top of patterned paper
4) attach brads and "Miss You" letter stickers
