recieved my kit 2 minutes ago, such crap! do not order from these people! ordered 2kits, pd for them 7/13/11. just got 1 box. in it was 4 punch out sheets all damaged, what looks like a metal pipe, (clearly not a tool for scrapping- sure it was used to give package weight), 2 sticker sheets and 4 barn windows. NOT the 150.00 worth of stuff i was supposed to get a month ago! will be contacting better business bearu!

Hope, If this is what you actually received in your package this was clearly not correctly packed. You should have received several interactive chipboard albums along with at least 20 embellishments (including chipboard letter, stickers, rubons etc.) and several other interactive products. I have emailed you regarding your order.

i have been contacted about my order, there was a huge error. they are going to correct it, and did apologize. its all good, just can't wait to play with my order.

Thank you, the clearance kits are awesome. This is my first purchase and will not be my last. I ordered my two kits on 8/22 and I just got them in the mail yesterday. I understand order process times and shipping can take a few days and we had a holiday in the middle of all of it.. to anyone who is waiting it is worth the wait the kits have so many fun items, off to play.

does anyone know whats going on with this company? The fax is disconnnected, noone answers emails and the phone number has a full mailbox. I placed an order back in Jan and have heard NOTHING, but my credit card of charged!!! If anyone knows something please let me know ASAP before I take further action!!!
